The “360 degrees” personal training system is our proprietary approach to personal training. This recognized training program is based on six elements: resistance, strength, balance, motivation, energy, and nutrition. The exercises include the use of suspension equipment (TRX), Russian weights (ball weight), sandbags, ropes, tires, among others.
