Total Body Fitness

Our Total Body Fitness is an individual program that goes far beyond a training session. It is a comprehensive experience that results in physical and mental benefits. We believe in high-performance training and working together to achieve established goals through an individual and personalized exercise routine.

360° Training

The “360° Degree” personal personal training system is available to all HCOA Fitness members. This renowned training program is based on six elements: resistance, strength, balance, motivation, energy and nutrition. Exercises include the use of suspension equipment (TRX), kettlebell (ball weight), sandbags, ropes, tires, among others.

EQUIPMENT

Wide variety of equipment in all our clubs, with the latest cardiovascular equipment, circuit machines and Hammer Strength brand free weights. You will not lack anything to train. Contact your personal trainer at the reception of your club.

APP Integration

Now you can connect with your personal trainer through the HCOA App. You will be able to ask questions, manage your workouts, and communicate with him personally to coordinate your next session.
